Pumpkin Soup with Oyster Mushrooms

I will post my favorite recipe soon. Use your favorite pumpkin soup recipe, peel Oyster Mushrooms into slices and brown in a pan with a little olive oil and salt and pepper.

Serve the soup topped with oyster mushrooms.
